Our Membership Program is designed to reward our returning customers with exclusive savings as you shop.
Your membership level is based on your eligible merchandise spend in USD, and your benefits are automatically applied to eligible purchases when you shop while logged in.
Membership Levels

You can move up to a higher membership level as soon as your qualifying spend reaches the required amount.
For example, once your eligible spend reaches $250, you’ll automatically upgrade to Gold Membership and enjoy your new benefits.
How Membership Spend Is Calculated
Membership progress is based on the actual merchandise amount you pay for eligible products.
Here’s what counts:
Sale prices and applicable discounts are reflected in your qualifying spend.
Eligible coupons are taken into account.
Shipping charges and taxes do not count toward membership progress.
Supplies are excluded from qualifying spend.
Refunded merchandise amounts are deducted from your qualifying spend.
Additional product exclusions may apply where stated.
Eligible purchases count toward your membership progress once your order ships.
Membership Spend is recorded in USD, even when you shop in another currency.
Once an eligible purchase is recorded, later changes to product prices or exchange rates won’t affect the qualifying amount already recorded for that purchase.
Membership Upgrades
Your upgrade progress is based on eligible purchases over the most recent 12 months.
Once your qualifying spend reaches the next threshold, your membership upgrades automatically:
Regular → Silver → Gold → Diamond
You don’t need to wait until the end of your current membership period to move up.
When you upgrade to a higher level, a new 12-month membership period begins.
How Long Does Membership Last?
Silver, Gold, and Diamond Memberships are valid for 12 calendar months from the start of your membership cycle.
You can check your current level, progress, and expiration date anytime in My Account.
For example:

Valid until October 6, 2027
Keeping Your Membership
During your membership year, eligible purchases also count toward renewing your current membership level.
Your renewal progress is based on qualifying spend within your membership cycle.
Once you’ve met the renewal requirement, you can retain your current membership level for another 12-month period.
If you haven’t met the requirement by your expiration date, a 14-day grace period may apply, giving you extra time to qualify while temporarily keeping your current benefits.
If the requirement is still not met when the grace period ends, your membership level will be reassessed based on your qualifying spend.
Member Discounts
Your Membership Discount is automatically applied to eligible products when you’re logged in.
Depending on the product:
Your regular percentage membership discount may apply.
Some products may have a special member price instead.
Selected products or collections may be excluded from member discounts.
Sale items may still qualify for additional membership savings unless otherwise stated.
The price shown at checkout will reflect the benefits available to your account.
Returns & Refunds
If an eligible purchase is partially or fully refunded, the refunded merchandise amount will be deducted from your Membership Spend.
Shipping and tax refunds do not affect your merchandise-based membership progress.
Refunds may also affect your membership eligibility. If a refund changes the qualifying spend used to earn or renew your membership level, your benefits may be subject to review or adjustment under the membership rules.
Where Can I Check My Membership?
Log in and visit My Account → Dashboard.
Your Membership Card shows:
Your current membership level
Your membership expiration date, where applicable
Your upgrade or renewal progress
Your current qualifying spend
Your progress updates automatically once eligible purchases are recorded after shipping.
A Few Things to Know
Membership benefits are linked to your registered Unique Jewelry Choice account and are intended for individual retail customers.
Wholesale and Dropshipping accounts are not part of the Retail Membership Program.
Membership terms, eligible products, and benefit details may be updated from time to time. Previously recorded qualifying purchase amounts remain based on the eligible order values recorded for those purchases.
