Because many of our jewelry pieces are handmade and incorporate natural materials, including freshwater pearls, baroque pearls, gemstones, shells, and other natural materials, individual pieces may vary slightly in:

- Luster
- Surface characteristics
- Natural markings
These natural variations are part of the character of the materials and are not considered defects.
Handmade products may also have minor variations between individual pieces or production batches.
3. Product Images and Colors
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product photographs accurately represent our products.
However, colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, device displays, and the natural characteristics of the materials.
Natural pearls and gemstones may also vary slightly from the exact piece shown in photographs.
Such reasonable variations do not constitute a product defect.

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website.
Prices may change from time to time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted by us.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all prices displayed on our website are accurate.

If the error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, which may include confirming the corrected price or cancelling and refunding the affected order.

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products may not be cancelled once production has begun.

We ship to the United States, Canada, and selected international destinations.

Orders shipped to the United States and Canada are delivered on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.

10. Free Shipping

11. Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 14 days, subject to the conditions stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Returned products must generally be:

- Undamaged
- In their original condition

For returns that are not related to a product defect or an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Earrings are not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene reasons.
Customized or Personalized Products
Customized, personalized, altered, or specially made products are not eligible for return or exchange.

13. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
