7-Day Return Window
We want you to love your Unique jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unworn items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and certificates must be included
- Jewelry must not show signs of wear or alteration
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at uniquejewelrychoice@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with return instructions and return address
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for your desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at uniquejewelrychoice@gmail.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
