How to Track Your Order

Check Your Email: Once your order ships, we'll send a shipping confirmation email containing your order number, tracking number, link to track your package, and estimated delivery date.

Track Your Package: Click the tracking link in your email, or copy your tracking number, visit the carrier's website, enter your tracking number, and view real-time updates.

Delivery: Your package will be delivered to the address you provided. Make sure someone is available or check if a signature is required.


Order Status Meanings

  • Order Confirmed: We've received your order and payment.
  • Processing: Your jewelry is being prepared and quality-checked.
  • Shipped: Your order is on its way! Check your tracking number.
  • Out for Delivery: Your package will arrive today.
  • Delivered: Your package has been delivered.

Tracking Not Updating?
Sometimes tracking information takes 24–48 hours to update. If it's longer, contact us.

Package Delayed?
Delays can occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues. We're here to help!

Package Marked as Delivered But Not Received?

  • Check with neighbors or building management.
  • Look for delivery notices.
  • Contact the carrier directly.
  • Email us immediately at uniquejewelrychoice@gmail.com.

International Orders

International packages may experience delays at customs. Tracking updates may pause during customs clearance – this is normal. If delayed for more than 5 days at customs, please contact us.
